Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.
-Brene Brown
Hi! So glad you’re here.
Ready move beyond the endless cycle of overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing?
You've worked hard to be where you are but there's a part of you that thought it would feel different. Or maybe a part that feels like you're capable of more. As women we often have parts of us that are trying to protect us. They people-please, they over-think, strive for perfection and keep us from creating a life that feels good to us. Whether you're struggling with finding a meaningful career, navigating the chaos of modern dating, balancing the demands of motherhood, or having an existential crisis you hold the answers within, you just haven't learned how to hear them.
A holistic and trauma informed approach means I dig a little deeper. Coping skills are great as a tool but life shouldn't be something we simply cope with. Using mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and somatic practices I help clients do deep inner work so they can have fulfilling relationships, work without burnout, and break generational patterns.
Life is easier when you’re connected to your intuition and have a deeply compassionate relationship with yourself. Let's work together to help you create a life that feels good.
Approaches I love: Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory.
Areas of Support
Whether you’re in a relationship, feeling frustrated swiping through dating apps, or wanting deeper friendships, individual relationship therapy can help you gain insight into how you connect with others, learn better communication, and build healthier relationships.
The sacred process of becoming a mother is a rite of passage often unacknowledged and sets the stage for postpartum anxiety and depression.
Let’s create the space and framework to allow pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood to transform you into your truest self and be the mom you dream of being.
Anxiety is an emotion we all need, it is there to keep us safe. Although it is far more common that our mind and body respond as if there is danger when there isn’t. It’s a mind that won’t turn off, focusing on doing things “right,” and always feeling rushed. Let’s build some tools to get you out of your head and back in your body.
